CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • No-shows and appointments canceled within 72 hours are subject to a charge, up to the full cost of the service booked. • A 20-minute grace period is allowed for all bookings. If you arrive 20 minutes or more late, you may forfeit your appointment and your retainer fee. • If you are booked for a longer service and arrive late, causing time to no longer permit completion of the full service, you will still be billed for the original service that was reserved for you.
